We’ve listed two nearby hotels about 12 minutes from the venue, but any hotel in downtown Oklahoma City will work great if those don’t suit your plans.

Yes — we’ll serve appetizers, a main dish, and dessert for all guests. Please let us know any dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can accommodate them.

Yes — we’ll provide two complimentary drink tickets per guest, which you’ll receive with your itinerary. After those two drinks, the bar will be cash/credit only.

We’re planning an outdoor ceremony and reception, with covered and climate-controlled indoor space available at the venue if needed for rain or extreme temperatures. We’ll monitor the forecast and post any last‑minute changes here—please check the site the day before the wedding.

Our colors are burgundy and chartreuse. Groomsmen will wear olive green suits; bridesmaids will wear dresses in combinations of the wedding colors. Guests are welcome to wear any color they feel great in.

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. After the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour followed by the reception; please plan to arrive a little early so we can start on time.
